A city built from ten months of coding with AI.
I spent roughly $100K on Cursor and API calls over ten months, working on one codebase with multiple AI models. Then I built a city from the conversation and editing logs.
The demo runs in your browser. No signup or installation. You'll find the timeline in Menu → City map. With a keyboard, press Space to play or pause.

What's in the city
- Conversations → inhabitants
- Each conversation becomes a character that moves through the city and settles in a district.
- Workspaces → districts
- A conversation goes to the district for its main workspace.
- Edited-file groups → buildings
- I group edited files by topic or feature. Their buildings grow as edits accumulate. The file paths stay private.
Explore the populated city, or start at the beginning and use the timeline in Menu → City map to move through its growth. Select characters and buildings to inspect them. With a keyboard, press Space to play or pause.
How I built it
I wrote up how the generator reads local Cursor logs, turns them into the city, and removes private data before building the public HTML file.
