Progressive Clarity follows a topic-aware cadence: Focused answers for simple facts and follow-ups; Full answers for consequential orientation, decisions, summaries, and material re-synthesis.
Its prompt-only skills are advisory. The optional pc-core wrapper resolves caller-supplied topic and presentation policy, then mechanically validates buffered output and per-topic state; semantic quality remains unverified.
